POINT #1: Mentally, physically and emotionally, there’s a difference between being hurt and being injured.

This is so strong. I have been hurt so many times and yet I treated it like I was injured. This is such a great reminder and lesson for me. On the contrary, I have gotten to where I am now because I have kept kicking when I new I was just hurting. The pain was part of the process and I understood that.
